Overwatch 2 PvE content may be over

It was the talk of the town this week already, but the rumor seems to be confirmed now. Blizzard is giving up on the PvE aspect of Overwatch 2 altogether.

Acording to Bloomberg's journalist Jason Schreier, the studio has decided to cancel the narrative missions that were set to replace the already cancelled story mode.

In addition, Schreier reports that, as of March 2, the devs have yet to recieve any bonuses from the profits generated by Overwatch 2. However, Blizzard is optimistic about the game's competitive aspect, and there's no doubt the game will focus on it.
