Cyberpunk 2 will have multiplayer

CD Projekt RED recently posted several job openings, and some of them are for the American team currently working on Cyberpunk 2. What's more, one specific position reveals some crucial information about the game.

The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for "designing and implementing the network architecture and online systems" for Cyberpunk 2. The person who gets the job will manage "a team of talented engineers, working collaboratively to ensure seamless and robust online systems."

CD Projekt RED's daily responsibilities include maintaining network architecture, optimizing multiplayer systems, and collaborating with other departments to "seamlessly integrate network features."

In other words, it's almost certain that Cyberpunk 2 will also be playable online.
