Baldur's Gate 3 still affected by lost saves on Xbox

Larian Studios is probably having trouble fixing a bug affecting Baldur's Gate III on Xbox Series. Since its release at the beginning of December, this version has been affected by a phenomenon of disappearing saves.

While awaiting a definitive fix, currently under development by Microsoft, the Belgian studio has indicated a way around the problem. All you have to do is create a Larian account and link it to your Xbox account.

This process automatically uploads the last five game saves to Larian's servers. If the notorious bug recurs, you'll need to manually reactivate the cross-save via the Baldur's Gate III menu to be able to download the desired savegame.
