Larian didn't get permission to port Baldur's Gate 3 to Switch 2

Recognized as the best game of 2023, Baldur's Gate 3 has delighted PS5, Xbox Series, and PC gamers. Unfortunately, those with a Nintendo console have not yet had this opportunity... And that's not likely to change anytime soon.

In a recent FAQ on Reddit, members of Larian Studios said they would have liked to port Baldur's Gate 3 to Switch 2, but that the decision was not theirs to make. Insider NateTheHate later revealed that only Hasbro can make that decision. Unfortunately, relations between the Belgian studio and the American company are reportedly very tense.

NateTheHate claims to have heard that a Switch 2 version of Baldur's Gate 3 isn't coming out.
