Rockstar has reportedly done all GTA VI content already

After getting another six-month delay, Grand Theft Auto VI is now expected to be released on November 19, 2026. Of course, such a delay could raise serious concerns about the game's development.

However, according to insider Tom Henderson, Rockstar has already developed all of the content planned for the game. The remaining year until launch is to bug fixes and do optimization work.

Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, has set the bar very high by mentioning that Rockstar Games is seeking to make GTA VI a game that is close to perfection. This means that developers will have to track down every single bug or glitch that could take players out of the experience.
