Speedrunner completes Zelda: Tears of the Kindgom in less than 1 hour

A record has just been set for Link’s new adventure. After SlyZorua's crazy mark in one hour, two minutes and 42 seconds, it’s now Zdi6923’s turn to smash the previous record in an absolutely insane time. The speedrunner completed the latest Zelda game in just 59 minutes and 22 seconds.
The video at the bottom of this article illustrates how Zdi achieved this feat, spending most of their playtime in the clouds, completing only the absolutely necessary shrines before quietly making his way to the end.
