The announcement of The Elder Scrolls VI is as old today as Skyrim was back then

Many have forgotten about it, but The Elder Scrolls VI got announced on June 11, 2018, exactly 2,403 days ago, or six years, seven months and three day.

Why are we bringing this up today? It's because on this date, June 11, 2018, the same amount of time had passed for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Yes, this isn't important at all, but it does show all the patience we had while waiting for the sixth entry.

Alas, The Elder Scrolls VI is still several years away, as Bethesda Game Studios was fully commited to Starfield until September 2023. This year, Skyrim will celebrate its 14th anniversary.
