Private Division is said to have been bought out by a company made up of former Annapurna Interactive members

Last November, we learned that Take-Two Interactive was selling its Private Division publishing label. At that time, we didn't know who was buying it.

Today, Bloomberg report that it's Haveli Investments, a private equity firm from Austin, Texas. According to its sources, Haveli intends to create a new structure to publish games from Private Division's catalog such as Tales of the Shire and Kerbal Space Program.

The company will be staffed by former members of Annapurna Interactive, which resigned last September following an internal conflict with the group's owner.
