Take-Two Interactive has sold the Private Division label

Last May, a rumor suggested the possible closure or sale of Private Division. In the end, Take-Two Interactive opted for the latter.
The label used to publish independent games has therefore been sold by the publisher for an unknown sum. The identity of the buyer will be revealed in the near future.
The purchase includes all games already released and in development. Take-Two will nevertheless continue to work with Moon Studios on No Rest for the Wicked.
