Annapurna Interactive's entire team has resigned

Bloomberg reports some surprising news today. Known for its work on Outer Wilds, Stray and Cocoon, publisher Annapurna Interactive has lost its entire team.

All 25 members of the staff have resigned following a big disagreement with the company's owner, Megan Ellsion. Former president Nathan Gary has issued the following statement.

"All 25 members of the Annapurna Interactive team have collectively resigned. This was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make and we did not take this action lightly."

The disagreement is all because discussions aimed at making the video game publishing division independent. Meanwhile, Ellison has announced that these departures will have no impact on partnerships and projects currently in development. Keep in mind that Annapurna is due to co-finance Control 2 with Remedy Entertainment.
