Huge bug (already) affecting Ubisoft's "Web3" RPG

Last week Ubisoft launched "Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles", a turn-based competitive RPG with NFTs. The characters function as NFTs that can be purchased with real money or using crypto-currencies.
Unfortunately, it wasn't long before a major malfunction occurred. A user who often goes by the names Schilleri11 and Paulstar111 seems to automatically win all the games without having to play them. This puts them right at the top of the leaderboard, with 56,000 victories in total.
Ubisoft has been forced to make the game completely inaccessible to all players until they determine what could be happening. The offending player has been banned, and the developers intend to patch it as soon as possible.
