, by Quentin
Not a day goes by without talks about AMD's next processor, the Ryzen 9800X3D. As the company gets everything ready for the launch of its newest product on November 7, it seems a marketing sheet for the processor has ended up leaking.
It reveals that the Ryzen 7 9800X3D is expected to deliver 8% more gaming performance than the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. As for multi-threaded performance, the improvement is said to be around 15%.
What's more, the description mentions a 96 MB L3 configuration that would offer better thermal performance than the previous model, as well as frequencies of up to 5.2 GHz. AMD also states that the processor supports overclock to up to 8000 MT/s.
The big piece of information still missing is the price. No mention is made of this aspect in the leaked data sheet.
