Once again, Cinebench seems to be the source of a leak. This time, it's all about the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. According to information straight from Cinebench, one of AMD's most eagerly awaited processors, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D could have a base clock frequency of 4.7 GHz and reach 5.2 GHz when boosted.
Some previous leaks revealed a score of 2,145 points in single-core tests and up to 23,315 points in multi-core ones, which would represent a 20% and 28% performance improvement over the Ryzen 7 7800X3D.
Other rumors point to it launching this month with two different versions, one with 12 cores and the other with 16 cores. We'll soon know if there's any truth to it.
