New details on the next Battlefield

This week, Electronic Arts revealed some details about the future of Battlefield. We know that the next game will take place in a modern historical context, and that four studios are currently working on the project.
Today, Insider Gaming has posted more info on this new entry, which could be called Battlefield 6 or just Battlefield. The game's story will take place between 2027 and 2030. The campaign would feature a powerful private army fighting against NATO.
For the rest, the game is planned to feature 45 weapons and 10 multiplayer maps at launch. Various locations around the world, including Gibraltar and the United States, will be part of the game. Scenery will be destructible once again.
As for "the new experience ” developed by studio Ripple Effect, this would actually be a free battle royale mode.
Finally, EA is reportedly planning some large-scale community testing for early 2025.
