XDefiant devs say "the game is not dying"

The latest reports concerning the future of XDefiant were far from encouraging. In fact, the game was bleeding a lot of users and Ubisoft had given the devs an ultimatum to try and turn things around.

In a recent article published on the game's official blog, the studio in charge of the project says "the game is not dying". At the same time, we got the roadmap for the next three seasons, with Season 2 being revealed on September 18.

The game will get new maps, factions, weapons and even more game modes. There will be improvements to netcode, matchmaking and anti-cheat measures too.
