Despite being delayed until November 20, we saw a lot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 22: Heart of Chornobyl at Gamescom last month. Alas, an error has tainted the info about the game.

Indeed, chief producer Slava Lukyanenka stated that the second entry currently runs at 25 FPs on Xbox Series, but that there was some optimization work with the help of Microsoft.

On X.com Lukyanenka went back on the statement, pointing out that it was an error. The game doesn't run at 25, but at 35 FPS on Series S. After apologizing, Lukyanenka added that the team's objective is to achieve at least 30 FPS in each zone of the game. Some of them will have higher FPS, though.

Just to clarify my thoughts, I said something during the interview on Gamescom.
