Despite the long silence, Final Fantasy IX is still in development

Rumors about a Final Fantasy IX remake are nothing new. However, Square Enix has never said anything about the project, so it's only normal to doubt its existence.

This week, the highly reputed insider Midori answered a question from an Internet user, stating that Final Fantasy IX Remake is indeed real. But she didn't stop there, as she also said that there's no remake of Final Fantasy X planned just yet.

All we can do now is wait for Square Enix to say anything about it.
