As promised last March, the first Marathon is now available on Steam. The Aleph One community project received Bungie's blessing and is now available for free on Steam.

Both Marathon 2: Durandal and Marathon Infinity, released back in 1995 and 1996 respectively, are also coming to Valve's platform at a later date. Of course, those will be free too.

Today, we're thrilled to announce that the Aleph One community is bringing the original 1994-1996 Marathon Trilogy to Steam starting with Marathon 1.

Thank you to the Marathon community for your support over the years. We couldn't do it without you.
