Returnal is getting a graphic novel and an artbook for its third anniversary

Several days ago, Housemarque teased an announcement to mark the third Returnal aniversary. Many were hoping for a new game... But alas, that was not to be.

In the end, the game is getting an artbook and graphic novel created by Dark Horse. The comic in question is titled Returnal: Fallen Asteria and will run to 88 pages, expanding the license's universe and reinventing the game's story.

Housemarque has also posted an animated comic on YouTube to give a sneak preview of Returnal: Fallen Asteria. It's coming out on October 22.
