Fallout Shelter downloads and revenue up thanks to the TV series

The release of the Fallout series on Prime Video has given a needed boost to the franchise's video games. All of them have experienced a resurgence in popularity and a marked increase in the number of active players on Steam. The same can be said for the mobile game Fallout Shelter.

The dailiy revenues generated by the free-to-play game have risen from $20,000 on April 10 to $80,000 three days later. In the same period, daily downloads rose from 20,000 to over 60,000.

In the United States, Fallout Shelter ranks seventh amongst the most downloaded free games on iOS. This is the game's best ranking since June 2018, when the title launched on PS4 and Switch.
