According to an insider, Gears 6 will be a true next-gen game

The rumors' threadmill is starting to go crazy about the next Gears of War. We recently learned that the game is expected to be made official by Xbox this summer, probably at the American manufacturer's summer conference.

In the meantime, insider Nate The Hate has chimed in on ResetEra, saying he'd be "surprised " if Gears 6 wasn't officially announced this 2024. What's more, he adds that The Coalition's title will be a true next-gen game.

Nate The Hate doesn't beat about the bush, mentioning that Gears 6 will have the same effect as the first Gears of War on Xbox 360, so we can expect some great graphics on Xbox Series X as well as on PC.
