Microsoft gives instructions to avoid losing Baldur's Gate 3 backups on Xbox Series

Since its release on the American giant's latest consoles, Baldur's Gate 3 has been the victim of a serious problem. Indeed, some players have seen their saves disappear without the slightest explanation.

While waiting for a fix, Microsoft has detailed the steps to take to avoid this problem. To put it simply, once the game session is over, it's important to quit Baldur's Gate 3 from the dashboard by selecting "Quit".

It is also advisable not to shut down the console completely, but to leave it connected to the power supply. To do this, simply hold down the "Xbox" button on the controller, then select "Turn off console".

A patch solving this will be deployed shortly.
