In any case, we learn that Square Enix was planning to launch the remake of Final Fantasy IX in the summer of 2024. However, plans may have changed recently.

As a result, Final Fantasy X Remake currently has a very small production team and is therefore unlikely to see the light of day for some time to come. Finally, a certain Final Fantasy X-3 has also been mooted. It remains to be seen whether this is an unreleased title or the code name for the hypothetical remake.
