It is done! Microsoft has acquired Activision Blizzard

Earlier today, the British CMA issued the OK on Microsoft's takeover of Activision Blizzard. The American manufacturer has taken note of this decision, finally making the merger official.
In an article, Microsoft welcomes the Activision Blizzard King teams. The company has already announced that it is working on bringing the publisher's games into Game Pass.
As a result, major licenses such as Call of Duty, Diablo, World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Candy Crush and Guitar Hero will now carry the Xbox colors.
