Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP will be a remaster and not a remake

Studio Dragami Games is currently hard at work on a new version of Lollipop Chainsaw, a hack 'n' slash released back in 2012. Although the project was originally intended to be a remake, its nature has now changed.

Dragami Games founder Yoshimi Yasuda has stated in a message that Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP will ultimately be a simple remaster of the original game. While we don't know much more at present, we can assume that only the graphics and gameplay will be improved.
