Just came out on Steam and Overwatch 2 is already being destroyed by players

Blizzard is going to try and reach a new audience by releasing its PC games on other storefronts. It's starting with Overwatch 2, which is now available on Steam.

It's been a bumpy launch, to say the least, as the free-to-play FPS is currently receiving "extremely negative" reviews. So much so that, at the time of writing, only 13% of the 30147 reviews are positive.

This review bombing can be explained by Blizzard's recent decisions to cancel the much-anticipated PvE mode which has been replaced by simple paid missions.
