Roblox wants to organise job interviews... in game

People who would one day like to work for Roblox Corporation will soon have access to a new dedicated area. The company has used the game's tools to create the Roblox Career Center.

Here, applicants will be able to find out more about the company and, above all, attend job interviews. The aim of this initiative is to eradicate the geographical barriers that can prevent candidates from applying for jobs.

Immersive events are also planned. Finally, a virtual laboratory will be used to discover Roblox products and to listen to the careers of the firm's current employees.
