Marvel's Wolverine is the best-selling game of September 2026 in the U.S.

Mat Piscatella of Circana has just revealed the U.S. video game sales chart for September 2026. The following data is based on revenue generated in dollars. First of all, it seems Sony has managed to succeed with its latest exclusive.

From August 30 to October 3, 2026, Marvel's Wolverine took the top spot ahead of NBA 2K27 and EA Sports FC 27. Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and The Blood of Dawnwalker round out the top 5. Among the new releases, Wardogs came in sixth, Onimusha: Way of the Sword in seventh, Halloween: The Game in eighth, and Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve in ninth.

For the entire year of 2026, NBA 2K27 ranked first in the U.S., followed by Resident Evil Requiem, 007 First Light, MLB: The Show 26, and Crimson Desert.
