The RTX Remix mod for Fallout: New Vegas is out

While we wait for the official remaster currently in development at Bethesda Game Studios, Fallout: New Vegas just got a mod that significantly enhances its visuals. We owe this to user Kim2091.

Available on Nexus Mods, it brings the benefits of RTX Remix to the game. This introduces path tracing to various elements such as reflections, lighting, the Pip-Boy’s flashlight, fires, water, and even the sun and moon. The sky is also more realistic, with improved rendering of clouds and stars.

Additionally, DLSS, FSR, and XeSS technologies are supported, as are NVIDIA Reflex and DLSS Ray Reconstruction. Note that PCs equipped with an AMD RX 6000 series GPU (or higher) or an Intel Arc GPU can benefit from the mod. Development is ongoing, so there may be some bugs.
