Marvel's Wolverine has sold almost 2 million copies so far

Marvel's Wolverine launch on PS5 this September 15 has been a huge success! At least that's what Rhys Elliott of Alinea Analytics claims in a new report.

According to his estimates, Insomniac Games' title has sold 1,9 million copies worldwide. Digital pre-orders account for one million units already. Physical represents a meager 22,9 % of the total. So far, the game has generated $130 million.

So far, Marvel's Wolverine has already outsold Death Stranding 2 (1.8 million copies on PS5) in just three days. It's the best-performing PlayStation Studios game of 2026. The United States accounts for 53% of the player base, the United Kingdom 7%, France 5%, and Canada 4%.
