Bethesda officially announces Fallout 5 and the Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas remasters

Bethesda Game Studios (BGS) has decided to speak out publicly to reassure its community following the layoffs that took place in early July. The American company has just made several big projects official.

First, Fallout 5 is now confirmed. Like The Elder Scrolls VI, it is being developed using the Creation Engine 3. The fifth installment in the post-apocalyptic saga is currently in pre-production.

In addition, Bethesda has also confirmed remasters for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. We have no further details as of now. On top of that, Obsidian Entertainment is currently working on a new Fallout game.

Meanwhile, ZeniMax Online Studios, which continues to develop The Elder Scrolls Online, has forged a close partnership with BGS for the future of the franchise. Finally, Starfield will continue to get new stories, gameplay-focused improvements, and additional updates.
