Last week, Square Enix let slip the logo of Star Ocean: The Second Story R. While the publisher has so far refrained from commenting further on the subject, it should be noted that this is a remake of the franchise's second entry.
The Japanese publisher may even opt for a relatively short communication period before the game's release. According to NateDrake, Star Ocean: The Second Story R will be released later this year. The insider has also said he doesn't know whether the remake is based on the PlayStation or PSP version but that "the ambition is much greater than with the first game ".
