South Korea approves Activision Blizzard acquisition

Microsoft keeps winning regarding its takeover of Activision Blizzard King. The merger has already been approved by the European Union, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine, with only Great Britain opposing it so far.
The latest country to join the club has been South Korea. The Korea Fair Trade Commission has issued a positive statement on Tuesday May 30, giving its full support to Microsoft in regard to this $69 billion transaction.
We are now waiting for South Africa’s decision, due on June 21, and then the United States.
