The studio behind the recent Gollum game is reportedly working on a new game set in "The Lord of the Rings" universe

Daedalic has just released The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, and the reviews have been quite harsh towards the studio's title. In fact, this is simply the worst rated game of the year 2023. However, the German company hasn't said its last word, as another project with the "Lord of the Rings" brand is reportedly in development.

According to the initial information, the project is codenamed "It's Magic". The description mentions that this narrative game will transport the player to a "world full of mythical creatures and magic". Even a completely original story will be told. In this action-adventure installment, our hero will explore new regions and attempt to "change the fate of the world".

The release is planned for the end of 2024.
