AMD launches the Ryzen 5 9500F with 6 Zen 5 cores and no iGPU in China

AMD has officially released the Ryzen 5 9500F, the first processor in the 9000F series, in China. This 6-core/12-thread Zen 5 model is based on Granite Ridge, reaches 5.0 GHz in boost mode, and comes with 32 MB of L3 cache and a TDP of 65 W. Like the other F-series processors, it does not have an integrated graphics chip.

Priced at RMB 1,299 (approximately $181), the 9500F is positioned slightly below the Ryzen 5 9600. According to AMD, it offers 7 to 24% better gaming performance than the Ryzen 5 7500F. This SKU is exclusive to the Chinese market, with no signs of a global release as of now.
