An artwork from the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake may have leaked

Announced almost four years ago to the day, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake has completely gone from the radar for quite a while now. The project was taken out of Aspyr's hands and entrusted to Saber Interactive. In April 2024, the studio stated that development was progressing well.

This week, the website MP1st published what appears to be artwork from the game. It comes from the personal website of an artist who was involved in the remake. The illustration depicts a location on the planet Kashyyyk, which is inhabited by the famous Wookiees.

For now, we don't know anything else about the game. Although Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake was initially announced as a PS5 exclusive, Sony has distanced itself from the project, which is now expected to be released on multiple platforms.
