AMD is preparing a Ryzen 5 9500F with 6 Zen 5 cores without an iGPU
, by Quentin
After the Ryzen 7 9700F, AMD is working on yet another processor in the 9000F series: the Ryzen 5 9500F. Spotted in Geekbench, it features 6 cores/12 threads Zen 5 (Granite Ridge architecture), but without integrated graphics.
The entry confirms a boost up to 5.05 GHz, slightly below the Ryzen 5 9600 (5.2 GHz). Everything points to a TDP of 65 W.
AMD has not yet officially announced the 9000F series, but the July AGESA updates already include support for them, suggesting an imminent launch.
