Dead Space offers a free 90-minute trial on Steam

Valve has a little gift for survival horror enthusiasts. The excellent remake of the first Dead Space, released last January, has a substantial free demo on Steam. It allows you to test the full game for 90 minutes. There are no other restrictions on progression.

It's worth noting that while Dead Space is the only title currently affected by this trial version, other games may follow suit in the near future. It seems to be a new feature that will soon become widespread on Steam.
