The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has nearly reached 500,000 physical sales in France

It's a true Zelda frenzy that has been sweeping France for several days. While Tears of the Kingdom sold around 200,000 copies in the United Kingdom, the phenomenon is much more impressive within the Hexagon.
According to figures released by Le Figaro, the latest installment of the franchise has almost reached 500,000 sales in the country. All of this was achieved in just a short weekend and exclusively in physical format. For instance, it has surpassed FIFA 23, which sold 420,000 copies in its first weekend on the market. Moreover, while EA Sports' title was released on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch, Tears of the Kingdom is exclusive to Nintendo's console.
On its release day, last May 12th, the Fnac store reported selling 100,000 copies. The game will undoubtedly be one of the biggest successes in recent years
