Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 features a disrespectful easter egg for Guitar Hero

The Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 compilation has received a mixed reception from gamers since its release on July 11. The title has mixed ratings on Steam and an average of 6.6/10 from Metacritic users.

Meanwhile, the game has ended up involved in a minor controversy on social networks and forums. The game hides an easter egg that seems to disrespect an iconic license. In the waterpark level, it's possible to find a physical copy of Guitar Hero in a trash can. Some players considered this "disrespectful".

As a result, the Iron Galaxy studio had to speak out on the subject, initially declaring that it had "the utmost respect for all those who create games". The developers will also be conducting a thorough investigation to understand "how this easter egg got there". It will even be removed with the next update.

Naturally, other users have expressed their displeasure at the removal of the easter egg.
