Nintendo continues to achieve success in all areas in the year 2023. The Japanese company excelled in the cinema with its film Super Mario Bros. and is now dominating with The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on the Switch.
These two successes could inspire the brand... During an interview with Polygon, Eiji Aonuma, the producer of the Legend of Zelda franchise, was asked about the possibility of seeing the series adapted for the small or big screen. Aonuma expressed being interested while also noting that his interest in such a project, unfortunately, doesn't confirm its realization.
However, considering the success of the Mario feature film, one can assume that it will spark some ideas at Nintendo...
