There's a tense climate at Halo Studios following the layoffs

More than 24 hours after the announcement of 9,000 redundancies at Microsoft, we are still learning details of these departures. Of course, some of the American manufacturer's top studios have also been affected.
Halo Studios (formerly 343 Industries), for example, saw at least five people leave this week. While several projects are in development, the climate within the studio is said to be "very tense". An anonymous developer believes that "nobody is really satisfied with the quality of the product at the moment". He is referring to a title that recently went through a period of crisis.
"There's been a lot of tension and a lot of pep talks trying to rally folks to ship" added the main interested party. The same developer concludes by saying that Microsoft "is striving to replace as many jobs as possible with artificial intelligence".
