Donkey Kong Bananza would have been developed by the Mario Odyssey team

Nintendo gave a very nice presentation for Donkey Kong Bananza this week. But as usual, the Japanese manufacturer has still to reveal which studio is responsible for the game.

According to Reece “Kiwi Talkz” Reilly (who has conducted numerous interviews with developers), a brand-new team will be working on the Switch 2-exclusive title. Its members are said to be drawn from the one that worked on Super Mario Odyssey. He adds that Kremlings (crocodiles that appeared in Donkey Kong Country) are also planned for Bananza.

Finally, a new 3D Mario is still in the pipeline.
