According to a designer who worked on the original game, Fallout 3 Remastered should change the shooting

While we just got The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, it seems there's a remaster of Fallout 3 also in the works. Bruce Nesmith, original designer of Oblivion and Fallout 3, believes that the shooting mechanics of the game should be modernized.

He recalls that Fallout 3 was Bethesda's first attempt in the shooter genre, and that Fallout 4 has made numerous improvements in this area. In his opinion, these adjustments should be carried over to the remaster.
