Apex Legends will launch its Season 17 "Arsenal" on May 9th

The free-to-play FPS from Respawn Entertainment will soon undergo its (small) revolution with the launch of its Season 17 entitled "Arsenal". It will be available on all platforms starting May 9th and will bring a wave of more or less interesting novelties.

Starting with an additional Legend named Ballistic. He is a sniper who fell into oblivion but shone in the Thunderdome games. He will therefore come out of retirement to try to restore his reputation. This new character has a little trailer that tells his story.

Season 17 will also introduce an update to the "World's Edge" map. A weapon mastery system will be introduced, which will allow players to complete challenges and earn rewards. A new version of the firing range will be offered and ranked matches will be redesigned. Finally, a new battle pass will be available as well.

A presentation trailer for Season 17 will be released on Wednesday, April 26th.
