Already 1 million sales in three days for Dead Island 2

Zombies are still popular and the commercial performance of Dead Island 2 proves this statement well! Indeed, Deep Silver has just released the first numbers about their game. Success seems to be already on the horizon.

The game has sold more than a million copies in just three days. We also learn that the playing time has reached 11 million hours and that about 1.1 billion zombies have been killed.

If this result is at least encouraging, it is not clear whether it will be enough to offset the development costs after almost 10 long years of production.
