According to Microsoft, Hi-Fi RUSH has been a "resounding success"

Last week, journalist Jeff Grubb mentioned the commercial failure of the excellent Hi-Fi RUSH. Despite extremely positive reviews, the Tango Gameworks title reportedly did not generate enough money for Microsoft. This information seemed credible given that the new franchise had practically no marketing campaign. In fact, let's remember that the game was launched on the same day it was announced.

However, the situation is very different at Microsoft. In a tweet, Xbox's marketing vice president Aaron Greenberg said, "Hi-Fi RUSH has been a resounding success for us and players at all levels. We couldn't be more pleased with what the Tango Gameworks team delivered with this surprise release."

In short, Xbox seems very happy with the performance of the game published by Bethesda Softworks.
