ARK: Aquatica expansion trailer stirs controversy for being created using generative AI

It was at GDC 2025 that Snail Games revealed ARK: Aquatica, an expansion that is set to bring new underwater creatures and gameplay mechanics to Studio Wildcard's game.

Gamers have obviously not been kind to the developers. The video (not listed on YouTube) currently boasts a ratio of 146 likes to 3,399 dislikes.
