Shift Up had an excellent year in 2024, thanks in large part to Stellar Blade

Things are looking pretty great for the South Korean company responsible for the excellent Stellar Blade. And despite it being a PS5 exclusive, the game literally boosted the company's financial results in 2024.
The title alone generated $43.2 million in royalties last year, and the report states that it "continues to sell well". For its part, Shift Up's other flagship game, Goddess of Victory: Nikke, generated $105.4 million, accounting for around 70% of the studio's revenues.
In other good news, Shift Up plans to hire around a hundred people by the end of 2025. It's got a new game, currently called Project Witches, due for release in 2027 or a little later.
