Ubisoft's multiplayer FPS XDefiant will launch its closed beta on April 13th

The French publisher's shooter will finally make its big debut by inviting players. Indeed, Ubisoft has just announced that the closed beta of XDefiant will begin on April 13 at 7 p.m. (10am PT / 6pm BST). The servers will close on April 24 at 8 a.m. (7am BST / April 23 at 11pm PT). Sign-ups for a chance to participate in this test can be done at this address.

Note that players who participate in the famous beta will receive exclusive in-game items. These will be unlocked instantly and can be kept until the game's launch. XDefiant will offer five different factions inspired by Ubisoft's licenses (Far Cry, Splinter Cell, Watch Dogs...). Arena modes and objective-based modes (attack/defense) will be featured in the program. All of this will take place across maps that depict new and sometimes well-known locations.
